    How to Prepare (Optional but Helpful)

    You don't have to prepare anything—but if you want to get the most value:

    Bring one real problem or decision you're working on, such as:

    • •A KPI that's moved in the wrong direction
    • •A decision you need to recommend to leadership
    • •A project where the analysis feels "muddy" or hard to explain

    We'll use this in our exercises so you walk away with real work moved forward, not just ideas.

    Also helpful:

    • •Think of 3–5 recurring deliverables your team produces (reports, decks, analyses, reviews).
    • •Jot down where AI is already being used in those.

    You'll plug these directly into the AI Thinking Health Check during the session.

    To get the most out of our time together:

    • •Join from a laptop or desktop (not just your phone)
    • •Use Chrome or another modern browser for the best experience

    If you're joining from a corporate machine with strict IT settings, you may want to:
